Welcome to DvBlend. By accessing this website or purchasing, downloading, or using any digital product from DvBlend, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to purchase or download products from DvBlend. By using this website, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

Products & License

All items available on DvBlend including our DaVinci Resolve templates, printable maps, educational worksheets, SVG cut files, and other design assets, are digital downloads. No physical items will be shipped.

When you download or purchase a product (whether free or paid), you are granted a single-user license. This gives you broad, flexible permission to use the assets in your personal, educational, and commercial projects! While this license grants you usage rights, DvBlend retains the original copyright and ownership of the files.

What You Can Do (Permitted Uses):

Create freely: Use our products in personal, educational, homeschooling, or internal business projects.
Commercial & Client Work: Use them in your professional end-use projects, including client deliverables, YouTube videos, social media, websites, streaming, and marketing materials.
Customize: Modify and adapt the assets to perfectly fit your (or your client’s) specific project needs.
Print: Print the files for your personal space, classroom, or office.

What You Cannot Do (Restrictions):

To protect our hard work, we ask that you respect a few simple boundaries:

No redistributing: Please do not resell, share, transfer, sublicense, or re-upload the original files in any form.
No competing products: You may not use our assets (modified or unmodified) to create new digital templates, map packs, SVG bundles, educational resources, or similar downloadable digital items for sale or giveaway.
No standalone physical sales: You cannot sell physical or printed items where our unedited design is the primary value of the product.
No claiming authorship: Please do not claim ownership or authorship of the original products.

Client Work & Team Access

You are completely welcome to use our products to create final deliverables for your clients! We just ask that you don’t hand over the original source files for them to independently reuse or redistribute.

Each purchase grants usage rights to one individual user. Please do not share files across a team, agency, or organization under a standard license. If your team or school needs multi-user access, or if you need an extended license, just get in touch with us. We are happy to help!

Intellectual Property

We love seeing what you build with DvBlend products! Please remember that purchasing or downloading an item grants you a license to use it, but the original intellectual property and copyright always remain with DvBlend. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial exploitation of our products or website content is not allowed.

Payments

All payments are processed securely through approved third-party payment gateways such as Stripe and PayPal.

Prices are displayed in USD by default. Currency display options (e.g., EUR or INR) may be provided for convenience. Final charges are processed according to the selected payment method and applicable exchange rates.

Delivery

After successful payment, download access is provided via the order confirmation page and through the email address supplied during checkout.

Products are delivered through secure download links. If you experience any difficulty accessing your files, please contact support@dvblend.com and we will assist you.

Refund Policy

Because our products are digital files delivered instantly upon purchase, they cannot be returned. As a result, refunds are generally not available.

However, refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

A duplicate purchase was made in error
The file is defective or corrupted and our support team is unable to resolve the issue

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of purchase by contacting support@dvblend.com.

All refund decisions are made at our discretion.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

All products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DvBlend shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our products or website.

You are responsible for ensuring compatibility of products with your software environment prior to purchase.

Product Updates

Products may be updated or improved at our discretion.

Where updates are released, they may be made available to previous purchasers. However, ongoing updates are not guaranteed, and we are not obligated to provide future improvements or modifications.
