Welcome to DvBlend. By accessing, downloading, or purchasing any digital product from this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the website.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian, to purchase or download products from this website.

Products & License

All items available on DvBlend, including DaVinci Resolve templates, map assets, and other digital files, are provided as digital downloads only.

Upon purchase or download (free or paid), you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to use the product in your own personal or commercial projects, subject to the terms below.

You May:

Use the products in personal or commercial projects
Use the products in client work
Use the products in online content, including YouTube, social media, and streaming platforms
Use the products in print, digital, and broadcast projects
Modify the products for use in your own personal or commercial projects

You May NOT:

Resell, redistribute, sublicense, re-upload, or share the original files
Claim ownership or authorship of the original product
Use the products to create competing templates, packs, or digital products for sale or distribution, including modified versions
Use the products to create standalone items for sale where the digital file itself is the primary value (including map packs, printable map products, template bundles, or similar items)
Share files with other individuals, team members, agencies, or studios under a single license

Each purchase grants usage rights to one individual user only, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If multiple individuals require access, each must obtain their own license.

Payments

All payments are processed securely through approved third-party payment gateways such as Stripe and PayPal.

Prices are displayed in USD by default. Currency display options (e.g., EUR or INR) may be provided for convenience. Final charges are processed according to the selected payment method and applicable exchange rates.

Delivery

After successful payment, download access is provided via the order confirmation page and through the email address supplied during checkout.

Products are delivered through secure download links. If you experience any difficulty accessing your files, please contact support@dvblend.com and we will assist you.

Refund Policy

Because our products are digital files delivered instantly upon purchase, they cannot be returned. As a result, refunds are generally not available.

However, refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

A duplicate purchase was made in error
The file is defective or corrupted and our support team is unable to resolve the issue

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of purchase by contacting support@dvblend.com.

All refund decisions are made at our discretion.

Intellectual Property

All products, website content, branding, graphics, text, tutorials, and materials available on DvBlend are the intellectual property of DvBlend, unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification for resale, or commercial exploitation of our products or website content is strictly prohibited.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

All products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DvBlend shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our products or website.

You are responsible for ensuring compatibility of products with your software environment prior to purchase.

Product Updates

Products may be updated or improved at our discretion.

Where updates are released, they may be made available to previous purchasers. However, ongoing updates are not guaranteed, and we are not obligated to provide future improvements or modifications.
